This limited warranty applies to our product – EzCam Post, and only for EzCam Posts, purchased from our EzCam Technologies or authorized retailer. This warranty is limited and only applies to the original purchaser of the EzCam Post and is non-transferable.
What does this Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
During the Warranty Period, EzCam Technologies. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct the problems?
EzCam Technologies. will either repair the EzCam at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Limited Warranty Period for the EzCam Post purchased from EzCam Technologies or authorized retailer is one (1) year from the date of purchase.
A replacement EzCam Post or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original EzCam Post or 90 days from the date of purchase of replacement or repair whichever is longer.
What does the limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that:
- is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from the defects in material or workmanship
- pertains to any loss or damage to any equipment which can or is mounted on the EzCam Post product during use of the EzCam Post product
- Any damage suffered to the product during shipping if the product is shipped for repair under this warranty
FOR FURTHER CLARIFICATION - THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE OR DEFECT CAUSED BY misuse, improper handling, negligence, inappropriate on-site operating conditions, repair by personnel not authorized by the warranty provider, accident in transit, tampering, alterations, a change in location or operating use, exposure to the elements, Acts of God, theft or installation contrary to the warranty provider's recommendations or specifications, or if the manufacturer's serial number has been removed or otherwise altered in any manner.
THIS WARRANTY SETS FORTH PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT DOES NOT EXTEND THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD. WARRANTY PROVIDER IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER ANY CLAIM IS BASED UPON THEORIES OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT, OR OTHERWISE. WARRANTY PROVIDER'S LIABILTIY IN ANY EVENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE NET PRODUCT PURCHASE PRICE OF THE WARRANTED PRODUCT. NO SALESPERSON, EMPLOYEE OR AGENT OF THE WARRANTY PROVIDER IS AUTHORIZED TO ALTER THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY.
The warranty provider's obligations are conditioned upon timely receipt of full payment of the product purchase price and any other amounts due. If any provision of this Warranty is found invalid and/or unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining terms and provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Proof of purchase is required. Please forward any request regarding this warranty to firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of the proof of purchase. Please note that any shipping cost will not be covered under this warranty if the best solution requires the shipping of any EzCam Post to us for repair.
How state or provincial law applies?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or from province to province.
